What customers say?

“ Very strong tea aromas when you enter the store, which I love so much. I can buy a lot of different teas here. I can also sample a drink. I bought singapore breakfast because of coconut and pandan smell. And I got sleep tight as free gift that time. When you want to buy T2 tea, make sure to buy the flavors that are not sold in other grocery retail. I was shocked that the other grocery retailers sell T2 tea like black tea or green tea with much cheaper price. When I came, I was looking for teapot and cups. I understand T2 sells antique teapots and cups with glass and porcelain quality. But I was hoping they have a clay variation, too, maybe in the future. ”

“ Lovely t2 store in the qvb which has great character and helpful staff. The only thing I miss is the taste testing of the tea you used to get. Overall though lovely place to go and always find something nice ”

“ If you’re looking for a tea that suites your taste, you won’t get wrong asking for assistance from Ivy. She knows the products, and she’s very hands on. She’s generous enough to ask you if you would like to sample your desired tea. Given a chance, I would come back to this branch because of her excellent customer service. ”

“ This is my go-to tea store every time I visit the city. I recently stopped by to purchase some teas and asked one of the sales associates about how to properly care for the glass flask, since mine had shattered after just one use when I tried to open it for cleaning. To my surprise, they kindly replaced the broken flask. Huge thanks to Larissa and Rachel for the exceptional service! I always have a wonderful experience at this store. ”

“ Fw this place heavy, doesn't matter what you're doing if you ever come across a T2 store you have to enter for atleast 5 min. Really refreshing to enter and be hit by the heavenly tea aromas and escape Jumbo the QVB local junkie with the green woollies bag. They've got a free tea testing area where you can test regardless of how intersted you really are about purchasing, and if you’re lucky, you can just ask the bruzz at the front for refills n’ shi—they’re usually chill. At the time I was there, they had some ice peach tea which was maybe too sweet in my opinion but still really nice. Overall everything’s really aesthetic, T2 have some marketing geniuses on their team; however, you could not catch me spending $30 for teabags. Your money is basically going towards the experience and aesthetic. ”

“ The staff were extremely friendly and fluent in multiple languages. As I’m from Korea, I was especially happy that one of the staff members spoke Korean fluently. They also helped me with gift wrapping very thoughtfully and with great care. ”

“ I have a membership but the lady couldn’t be bothered to ask until I mentioned. not sure why she asked my first name last name mobile number and email over again. Also not sure if I have two accounts now or if the purchase has been recorded. ”
